Nic Moore had possibly his worst game of the season going 0-9 from the field.
Nic Moore is being discussed as a possible Player of the Year candidate in the American Conference-

there's such a premium put on good point guard play that the spot as POY is his to grab if he plays well...
but SMU finished middle-of-the pack in a conference that had five really bad teams, so they kinda got 5th place by default...
but their weak non-conference schedule and their near-60 RPI doomed them to the NIT.
They have to do a bit better to get whatever votes he'd need for Player of the Year, which generally goes to someone on one of the conference's frontrunners or NCAA-worthy teams...but packing the early non-conference schedule again this year with tons of easy home wins against softies such as Lamar, Eastern Washington, Texas Southern, Monmouth, & UIC already look like RPI killers...

As BU fans, IMO, we can't knock anybody's home schedule.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

well their schedule would be great for any midmajor they do have a couple big names...
what I meant was if they wish to be considered among the big boys - they need to do better

Sure we can, as long as we knock our own as well.
