I notice that Northern Iowa charges $10.00 for tickets to the CIT game with BU. We charged $22 which was far too high and greedy. No wonder the attendance at RC was so bad. I hope Cross & Co. learned something from this.

Just one correction on your post: "I hope Cross & Co. learned something from this." Should state: "I hope Glasser & Co. learned something from this."
Starts at the top and Joanne is making the decisions on the hilltop.

CIT Ticket Prices
3000 X $10 is much better that 1800 X $22 because it increases and adds to the BU fan base which we are obviously losing. Think about young kids who cannot go to games at Carver but can go to the RC if prices are $10.00. They become Bradley fans.
One of the major problems facing BU is this loss of fan base and loss of interest in BU. Unfortunately, the Athletic Administration keeps making dumb decisions on many events that would otherwise promote fan base. Poor TV coverage, watered down preseason events, attempts to use mens basketball to force interest in uninteresting womens sports, high preseason banquet costs, paying little attention to the Braves club but fawning over the Braves Schol. Soc., high ticket prices, few events that put fans and coaches/players together in a social environment. Greed seems to prevail.

CIT Ticket Prices
t---I agree. If a Dad or a Dad & Mom want to take 2 kids to Carver, its really tough. However, they have a chance to take them to a BU game if it's in the RC and if BU doesn't get greedy on prices. This really helps the fan base and interest.
Also, games on school nites are tough with kids because of the late hour since most people don't usually get home until close to 10:00pm. This isn't a problem on weekend games.
Also good, reliable TV of games really helps in the fan base and interest area but Braldeys inability to establish good, reliable TV really hurts.
The old preseason dinners at ITOO Hall were great since they allowed the coaches and players to mix it up with fans and the cost was very low.
One other comment, in past years when we were very successful, most BU practices were open and many fans were able to watch. This also helped in the interest area. We no longer have this---Geno should take a look at this and try to have some open practices.

CIT Ticket Prices
t---The administration and Ath. Dept. would be total. insensitive, greedy *****s to even consider raising ticket prices under our present level of athletic mediocrity. To do so would be another step in lowering attendance and killing off interest in Bradley.

No - quite the opposite - I think they'll try to make choices easier or more fan-friendly for the most part --
I think the news for most people will be good but I think more ticket pricing & packaging options are going to become available - especially for those who want to include games at RC in their package and not have to buy extra tickets
