Ugly scene in the Big East

Still no clear explanation of what started this - but Notre Dame was blowing out St. John's a couple days ago and began to pull their starters out of the game...

One of the St. John's players Sir'Dominic Pointer - who already had been assessed one flagrant foul - suddenly goes after Notre Dame's Cameron Biedsheid (a former BU recruit) and lands several punches..
Both Pointer & Biedscheid were ejected and suspended one game
