I remember heading down to see The Rivermen for $1 beer nights and beat the clock at the Lucky Lady where they started with nickle beers.

Quarter beer nights at the Rivermen games were nice! That was in 88 I believe. Of course Fridays at the Lady and Rocky's Hitching Post were better.....one had free beer from 5-6 and the other from 6-7!Comment
