Does anyone know how close the Braves are to reaching the All-Time Valley steals record from Tulsa? And how close is DSE to Willie Scott's Bradley Career steals record?

I think (MVC stats appear to be as of yesterday) today's 4 puts DSE at 78. Willie has 83.

And today's 11 puts us at 264 for the season. I can't find the MVC team record.

Getting better. Having a game on Saturday helps too. Anyone know how many of these may have been no-shows?

Still quite a few, though not as many no-shows as in recent games.

I thought the crowd was good considering many factors. Saturday afternoon games suck because parking is ridiculous, the weather was nice, and the thought of the possibility of DSE being out.

Also kudos to BP for getting the archive game up quick!

It would be a great first step to avoid the play-in round of the conf tournament. Can anyone explain how a tie break would work with Evansville or ISU red? Thanks.

I think it will come down to out of conference strength of schedule. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

                        Correct.
                        First is head-to-head
And if those games were a split, then tiebreaker is now the Jank rule, non-con SOS. And we lose in that scenario.

I'm just really proud of this team.

They have been the picture of resiliency (if not consistency).

Each time they've lost by 17 or more points in the MVC, they've bounced back and won the next game.

Most complete win of the year. KB's coming out party. Play like this the rest of the year and the sky is the limit. Unfortunately that's been our problem, getting a consistent 40 minute effort. 9-9 in the Valley is not out of the realm of possibilites as we have winnable games at Drake and at Missouri State and the last home game against Creighton. Win both games on the road and we might avoid Thursday night. I can't go to the Thursday games because I'll be getting radiation treatments through Friday so that's what I'm hoping for. If they play on Thursday it'll be only the 2nd BU game in St. Louis that I would miss since they moved the tournament to St. Louis. I'm hoping that doesn't happen and if they play the next 2 weeks like they did today I and BU should be in good shape.

I think it is reasonable to expect us to win 3 of the last 4. 2 would be a bit of a disappointment.
