Here is the "band" responsible for this song.

A Christian rock group from Atlanta called Family Force 5.

Check out the members names and their what appears to be nicknames.

Thanks for the research, I'm 800 miles from P-town, so I'm not going to make it to a home game to hear it.

I can think of many more pop and rap songs that are way more annoying than that song. Would it be my first choice, no, but I also don't want someone dusting off cliche arena rock Jock Jams cd either for the intros.

I have heard of Family Force 5. I wouldn't say it's the dumbest stuff I have heard. If you are looking for deep lyrical content, this song is not for you. I actually don't think it is that bad, can see why some people don't like it though.

Nothing will ever replace Frank Bussone's introduction of the starting lineup in the darkened Fieldhouse and then the playing of the fight song.

Never saw a game in Fieldhouse but that just sounds perfect to me!

The intro through the stream appears to be terrible IMO. I can't stand it and I have a high threshold for these things. Whoever produced that garbage needs to create a larger test group to get some feedback before releasing these things. I can't even imagine the Prez saying,"That's great work!"

Another reason I hate the intro is the fact that the volume isn't turned up loud enough. I sit a majority of the time half way up the lower bowl and the song sounds distant

Why is it always the "hip-hop" music? Does someone think that kind of music represents what the fan base likes? Or do they think it jacks up the crowd? I don't think it does. Many people in my section are holding their hands over their ears.

Oddly enough, Stephen Curry just said in an interview that this song is on his pre-game playlist...I was watching him being interviewed and they asked the questions and it was the 2nd song he mentioned...trying to find a video link to the interview...

I haven't liked any of our intro videos.

I am embarrassed when they play it. I would also like to know who the heck picked that song.

Not to mention in the video it shows us making wide open lay ups.... (that's not cool at all)

How about a short intro with loud music (cut the words). It needs to be something that gets the young and old fans active and loud. Why not test out several choices in the exhibition games before the season starts? These games don't just have to be for the team, but could also help event staff get their $#!+ together.

One thing BU does do right is to let the kids gather around the court during the intro.

Thats the point.....we have been real slow out of the gate in 1st half play @ home( 18 pts )....so evidently the music can't even pump-up our own team!

Intro. Music

The long, loooong intro video is awful. Too loud and much too long. It needs to be completely redone. A suggestion---Why not have Dave Snell create a new intro video? Dave is very talented in this area and has done some great videos in the past.
