I'm not exactly ignoring JC,SS and KB. You are 100 % correct in that Geno did bring those 3 in. I guess I'm letting him off the hook a little with JC and SS because he did not have alot of time from his hiring to signing day. If you think that reasoning is weak I understand and have no other arguement. KB was Willie's recruit so I'm counting this recruiting class as all Geno's baby. From here on out I hold him totally responsible for those that don't work out.
I'm quite sure I CAN reason that we are in the position we are in IS due to the people JL brought in. I won't use names because this would probably be deleted but I can think of 5 or 6 people right off the top of my head that have allowed us to wallow in the lower half of the league for the last several years. If you don't recruit over those 5 or 6 you don't improve. Guess what, that's exactly what has happened. Hopefully Geno will get that changed. Time will tell and I think improvement is not that far away.

there are CURRENTLY at least 55 different juco players averaging more than 20 ppg
and 73 different juco kids hitting on more than 45% of their 3-pointers...
(I have included the California juco kids although there are other states where the jucos are not in NJCAA)
.....and the VAST majority of them have yet to verbal....

Not really sure what your post means but I'll try to answer it IMO. We better be recruiting over NW if we want to get better. We hope he improves so that he can help us but we don't want to wait until he is a Sen. WE need people who can come in and play right now,not wait for NW.
I think NW and JP WILL be back and I hope so but, if we don't recruit over both them and they play major minutes next year we will NOT be moving forward unless they both show major and I mean major improvement. I'd rather bring 2 bigs in that will give us more quality minutes than they've both shown us to date. Improvement is that simple.
Bradley not having a PE as a major is a killer when it comes to getting JuCO guys admitted. Plus so is the brown paper bag you need to get the elite ones.

Gerry I've said that for years. We need to bring the PE major back . Dickie V didn't have trouble finding those bags?
