    I like the name he's giving one on one play. He's absolutely right and I'm glad he's calling it out. There's hope that they can correct this behavior now during a game.

      I thought Lemon took it upon himself to make some really tough shots, which didn't fall. The point-guard play again was a difference in the game, and those 4 straight empty possessions of "hero ball" made a big difference of being down double-digits to making it fairly close to the end.

      I hope Walt learned from this and doesn't feel the need to always force the action and score. He has improved greatly from last year, but still work to be done on the mental side of the game for him.

      There are plenty of options on this team. At the same time, others like JE and JP need to want the ball more to have a chance to score. I don't think anyone on BU was looking for JE to score since he hadn't looked to score all game.

        Hero Ball has been the new fad term for the past year.

        In ESPN The Magazine, Henry Abbott writes that the surefire way for a team to fail in crunch time is to put the ball in their money player's hands.
