Seven Valley games left

we're 5-6 but still have a shot at possibly 3rd place - so seriously let's worry about what's in front of us..

we have home games against Creighton, UNI, Evansville, Indiana State .. and I prefer to think all are winnable but we're gonna have to catch the Jays sleeping or injured..
and road games at ISU, Missouri State, Drake - all three are winnable with good games on our part...

Go Braves - and let's get 9-10K at these games, Braves fans!
...I am hopeful we can finish those last 7 games going 5-2 or at the very least 4-3 and finish 4th!

2-5 if we lose out on the road and win versus UNI and Evansville. But I think we can squeeze one out on the road and maybe upset a Creighton. If not, then 3-4 is most likely.

Like some poster mentioned a few days ago, we will only be favored in 2 more games (at best). Yes, 6 of our 7 remaining games are winnable, but it will take a giant effort to win a couple of those (vs. CU, @ DU)

Just hoping for 8 wins - even if that gets us into an 8th place finish, I wouldn't be upset, though I don't really want to play SIU again. Instead it would be nice to have a more challenging game presented by the 8-9 game, or the 3-6 game. And 5th place is not out of the question, as 9-9 might do the trick.

Let's win this next game, as it's probably our most winnable game remaining. UE is not very good on the road.

I think we win 2 of 3 home games against UNI, ISU (blue), and Evansville. We'll then need to either steal the one from Creighton at home, or steal a road win at Drake, MSU, or ISU (red).

I second this emotion!

I would still be very pleased with 8 wins - each win we get from here on out will be a quality win for a team almost guaranteed to play on Thursday. There is a 4-game stretch (right before our last game vs. MSU) that will be hard to win even 1!

We have played extremely well at home, so only winning 1/4 of our remaining home games would be a disappointment.
