Jordan isn't scoring or rebounding as well as some people think he should, but he's also not playing that poorly. He's playing good, physical defense and giving effort when he's on the court. Would I like to see more out of him? Sure, but I don' think the box score is a good indication of Jordan's play. He contributes more than just points and rebounds.

BU won and as a team they played well on both sides of the court. Why anyone would start saying anything negative about one of our players is what gets to me. If you look at where they started in November to now you have to see that these guys are improving and working hard. What else do you want from them? I really like our chances of finishing .500 during league play. I believe this team is getting better every week and if we can start shooting the 3 a bit better we'll be very dangerous come March. I could not ask for more from this team right now.

Don't agree with Delta too often, but IMO JP has been a disappointment so far. Let's hope he picks it's up the rest of the season and next season.

I agree. I'll be the first to admit I saw a 7-8th place finish this year and we have a legitimate shot to not play until Friday in the tourney this year. Graduating 3 starters scares me quite a bit to continue the improvement, but IMO Geno and the players have done and excellent job this year.

No doubt it's a good offense, and Ryan is a great player.

Jake gives excellent effort, but they were clearly looking to get that switch. Watch how Jake runs off of screens in comparison to DSE.

                  - I am pleased regardless of what anyone thinks about the Evansville game - that the post-game thread goes on for pages, has more than 50 replies, and going on 3000 views --
maybe this is a good sign and will be followed by more fan participation IN THE ARENA!

Just a year ago, even the ISU game thread didn't generate that kind of activity...and other Valley games generated way less than half that interest...

                  GO BRAVES!

Maybe it's just my observation, and it may be off, but it seems when we lose in poor fashion, the threads have more posts than do solid wins. Well, can't change that.
Regardless, this board is awesome and the activity is very healthy and strong! Keep it up bradleyfans, and Braves Braves!!!

I rag on JP because he is a redshirt junior who can't go to the rim strong, has no post game, and is not good at defense/rebounding.

I would hope after 4 years he knows how to set screens....

all I would ask of him is that he rebounds and defends...doesn't need to score.

Not since 8th grade. I do understand the importance of setting screens, but at this level every player should know how to set a screen. JP is an undersized 5 and not athletic enough to be a 4, those are both things beyond his control, but I routinely watch players go around him for buckets and rebounds. I think its a fair statement to say he hasn't improved much if any since his Fr year and shouldnt be logging more than 10 min a game if possible.

I have nothing personal against him, and I am not personally attacking him. Just stating an opinion regarding his performance on the court. Feel free to disagree.

Prosser needs to go up stronger with the ball and he needs to work on sealing off his man along the baseline. Also needs to work on the mid range jumper.

He won't be all-Valley but he's fine as a 10-15 minute role player.

I couldn't tell you how many points he had, or rebounds for that matter...the screens made a lasting impression and so did the Free throws he made....all big parts of BU winning...it takes all sorts of players and roles...

Playing physical never shows up on a stat sheet, but guys on the court think twice about running into a pick or trying to bash on the boards. Had a kid on my team growing up that wasn't dirty, but made you earn every inch. He also leveled more than a few kids running blind into screens, me included in practice once that popped my neck and back in about 4 places, yet, never really showed up with the big stats.
