I'm still salty about the Tennessee Tech loss. We're easily a top 100 team right now if we get that road win.
    Onward and Upward!

Yeah, that loss still bugs me a bit, but the same could be said last year after they lost games at Drake and Indiana St. And Loyola-Chicago for that matter! The point being there still is plenty of time to make up for that game. If they can't do it against Iowa St., they still have plenty of opportunities within the Valley schedule to do so. As long as they continue to get better is what's important.

Sagarin is a lot closer IMHO with the MVC at 6, Wichita St at 3, Missouri St at 15, and BU at 67.

If we win out the rest of our non-conference games and play a game or two above .500 in the Valley, which would include a couple road wins, the rpi will go way up and probably into the top 40 like last year. We need the non-conference wins!

In the Sagarin, are all teams "connected" yet?

No, as of 12/6 the teams are POORLY CONNECTED and so the ratings are BAYESIAN.

Ok then - don't tell me the Sagarin is a lot closer then.

                Just kidding Mike.

Keep us updated and I would be interested in how the rating is when it is 'connected'.

                Cya 12-19 vs Loyola.

Will that loss be our "drake" of last year.

As I said in another thread, I think Tech will have a lot of wins this year and the loss will not hurt us that much in the rpi.

I wouldn't take this too seriously. Come on, how is BU's strength of schedule so low?

When I finally did go back on the air, my timing was a little off, but just as my boss had predicted, it was like riding a bike. With just a little more time in the chair, I would be up to speed.
