The new Bloomington Flex played their first game....and they have not been used to losing...
last year as the Central Illinois Pride they pretty much ran the table (finishing 22-1) but this season as the Flex - they lose their first game to the Sauk Valley Predators - who were led by Jereme Richmond's 24 pts & 16 rebs..
The game was close and Daniel Ruffin played well......

I got on the website and saw it was cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances. I don't do Facebook so I coudn't get anymore info on the team. Wish them the best of luck. Too bad you have to go on their website to find anything about a team that plays in Peoria. The River City Panthers game originally scheduled for Saturday night was postponed because of mechanical issues with the opponent??™s bus.
The Middle Tennessee Storm were traveling from Nashville to play River City at 8 p.m. Saturday at Peoria Academy.
According to Central Basketball League director of operations John Guy, the game is rescheduled for Sunday, June 2 at the same location.
The Panthers (0-3) are winless after a 117-64 loss Friday night to the St. Louis Hawks at Harris-Stowe State University.
Brandon Lee scored 14 and Alex Wagner added 12 to lead River City.Comment
