That UNI/Indy St. game will be critical for both teams. The winner looks to be in great shape for 3rd place for the time being. The good news for Bradley is that Evansville will probably lose at Illinois State, who are finally getting their act together, maybe at the wrong time for Bradley. So assuming we lose handily at WSU, Bradley won't be able to take advantage of that.

Now that Drake upset a top 15 team, they will promptly lose on the road at Missouri State, while a very upset Creighton team will wipe the floor with SIU on their own court.

I thought a Creighton team that was upset about losing at WSU would wipe the floor with Drake.

I just saw a couple of posts on the Valley board that McDermott was throwing up at half time. So if true, and he did have the flu bug tonight, that may explain some things. Still, if they have to rely on McDermott that much against a team as disorganized (at least before tonight) as Drake, then Creighton is not as deep as I thought they were, and can be in for a big fall once McDermott leaves.

I just expect to give a good battle to the competition on the road, which we seemed to do last night.

Which no one was able to do last year with five teams tied for third at 9-9! I hope history doesn't repeat itself this year.
