I like the kid, but he is just not giving us the production we need.
He is very good vs. the weaker opponents with a smaller line-up but is intimidated vs. the Valley Bigs.???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

I don't necessarily think KB is exclusively a PG, but can see Geno fitting him as a 2 if effective shooting from long range, and he may have the best stroke among our active players besides WE. Hope he stays, as I think very highly of him, and doesn't appear intimidated out there for a freshman. 15 mpg is where he should be next season.

I believe GF is pretty good coach from what I've seen but 1/2 the battle at this level is recruiting. Again I'll wait until next November to voice my opinion but I do expect at a minimum we should be .500 in league play next year. The following we should be contesting for one of the 3 top spots in the Valley.
The key is to bring in some bigs that are tough, athletic, and give us good scoring production. I am not concerned with the guards we'll have.

I do know some people have stated they don't think it should take that long before a player is "shown the door".

I'll be looking for an improved win/loss record beginning next season and what you've stated seems perfectly reasonable to me.???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

Even a player that takes 3+ years to develop can contribute nicely in their senior season. The problem is that if every recruit takes 3 or more years to develop, there's no way a team would be able to challange for a conference championship since only 3 or 4 players are playing at a level expected by that time. So obviously while I would not ever give up on players that take longer than expected to develop, we need more players that can develop within a year or so or we will never challange for the top of the Valley.???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again.
