Yeah, I would think most of our wives or significant others think we're a bit crazy for posting regularly on here.
Thankfully, my wife posts regularly on other sites that she can relate to, so she can understand my passion to some degree...she still thinks I'm nuts b.t.w.

Yea, mine does not understand my passion. She's against me spending my free time on the internet when I should be listening to her.

Okay. Fair answer. We'll see if Geno can get us to the next level, which I certainly hope he does.

I hope all the BU fans stick with them as well.....but I also cheer for all our favorite Braves who have gone on to pro careers - or who like JL & Mo have gone on to other places...
..this does not constitute "looking back" and I am not sure why discussions about Versace, Albeck, Molinari, Les, or even Corey Hawkins seem to miff folks who think that's "dwelling on the past".
Heck - our entire BU yearbook or prospectus dwells on the past, too....
As I said - Mo, Les, and the thousands of other past Braves have always been nothing but class & worthy of respect regardless of where they've moved on to
That's the post of the year so far! I don't see why anyone could interpret this any differently.

Lost in the shuffle, at least to me, was this nice post Shaun! Although, I have to admit that Will is still the only player I am comfortable with when it comes to shooting the three.

              Taylor's Resume @ODU

              - 12 seasons, not 8 (this is his twelfth)
              - postseason in each of last 8 years (4 NCAA's)
              - 20+ wins in 7 of 11 completed seasons (average of 24 through all 11 years)
              - Finished 4th or better in CAA 9 out of 11 years. (last 9 in a row)

At a program like ODU this is god-like....they have only been around 37 years (EDIT: in Division I).

Les did nothing even close to this at a program with a much more storied past.
You are correct about the number of seasons he is there. Maybe I need new glasses!

You are also correct that he has a better resume than Les. I won't comment on any injury issues he has gone through during his time there since I don't know about them. But he did get better results than Les did during his time there. So I agree there are differences, though I think Les would have had at least a couple of much better seasons if not for the injuries his players went through. Blaine probably got more out of his players, though I don't how good his recruits were compared to Les's recruits, or as I said earlier, any injury issues. But Les still did a lot of good things for our program as well, and that was one of my points.

What? Does she think she has more info. for you that Bradleyfans does not???

Well, she may have some important things to discuss with you.
Maybe she's got some inside info. on recruiting for the Braves. (???)

Take some time to listen and try not to tune out sentences that don't contain "Braves", "basketball", or "Lemon's Buzzer-Beater".

                  and
                  What was Bradley's best win?

                  So. Illinois...........7-10......197
                  Missouri St..........3-14......245

No team we've beaten has a winning record vs. D1, and none have RPI's better than 157.
According to record it might be Central Michigan, since that was on the road and against a team that has the best record (8-8 vs. D1). GWU has the best RPI.
Since Drake now has a win over a top20 team, I'll go with Drake.

                  • I think their RPI will improve a bit after tonight's win.

I'm not a big RPI/SOS guy. I just watch games.

                        I agree.

Our best win is over the 7th place team in what I consider to be a crappy conference.

I'm not sure I would go so far as saying the Valley is a crappy conference. But after tonight, let's just say it's not very good!

I agree, though after tonight, don't count on us winning at their place.

I didn't count on us winning at anybody's place. Tonight is proof that it's really hard to win on the road in this league.
