    OT: Jim Maloof

    I was watching SNL this evening when sad news broke on the bottom banner. Jim Maloof passed away tonight at the age of 93. They will be airing his Biography on WEEK Sunday night. Peoria has lost a great man and proponent of the community. Thank you Mr. Maloof.

    I'll always remember the check he wrote me to go to the National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security. He never asked questions, he just gave. Rest in Peace.

    Sad news. He was a great man, and a huge Bradley fan.

      RIP. He was definitely one of Peoria's greatest all-time ambassadors and "voices"... He will be missed.
