Here is the updated USA Today/ESPN poll, and they have Wichita State only moving up to #17.
Likewise Gonzaga knocks of a few Top 25 teams and still is stuck at #18.
These guys are so blind to anyone except the BCS big guys, that even after losing TWICE this past week, Florida drops only to #7.

Interesting that Bradley's reward for losing three in a row is three votes in ESPN poll! Sounds like they are trying to make up for last week (with CU, SIU and MSU all seeing big jumps in their vote totals).

Unfortunately the big bucks game that college basketball has now become makes a coachs' poll untenable. A huge conflict of interest exists with voters biased by some degree of self-interest. I think the polls should be turned over to the mathematicians.
What's funny, IMO, is... if the polls were "turned over" to anyone/any group/any stat - it would always be challenged by the drive-by media. But in the hands of ESPN/USA2Day? And in the hands of the AP? It is taken as if it is the written word of God.
Polls are CRAP!
What is sad is .... the NCAA selection committee has to actually take into account the polls - how long a team was ranked, how high they were ranked. If that doesn't tell ya what kinda CRAP it is all about, then you must be blind or stupid as to why non-BCS don't get more respect in polls.
