As Lefty stated, we need to cut Green some slack here. This isn't Bradley related, but I have heard of cases elsewhere in which the cars that were returned to the dealership were pretty trashed.

I wasn't going to bring that up........Most coaches really appreciate the cars regardless of what they are driving...I've given out around 8 different coaches cars and and only had one problem

but in some cases it does pay off....

Don't know but it would be ten years old or so now......there's a more to that story too

Jill Green has been gone from that dealership in many years as she just came in to get it started when the Green family purchased it from S&K, also if you care about what car someone is driving you have way too much time on your hands , worry more about whether or not we can get a good big man for next season.

Though I agree that a Malibu seems pretty cheap and unimpressive Geno Ford is making nearly $60,000/month in salary from BU. I imagine if he felt it was so important that he would cough up a thousand/month to buy/lease something more impressive... Chump change.

If its part of his contract, he may not have a choice... Like when the Chevy dealers told MJ to stop driving his Ferrari to practice.. He had to drive the Corvette they provided him. (And while the Vette is a better car than I may ever own, its not a Ferrari)

that would be a little different......I guarantee you the Chevy dealers paid MJ more than just a Vette to drive......

The BU coaches get cars to drive...they don't get any kind of payment or have any contract with dealers that drive their cars......

Hmmm.. I actually work at Green, in sales. I guarantee that normally Geno is demoing either a Tahoe, Suburban, or Traverse. However it is not unlikely that he would have taken out a New 2013 LTZ Malibu, just for a spin as it is completely redesigned with brand new technology. It could have been simply something to experience. Also, selling a new vehicle that was demoed is extremely tough, and we often take a couple thousand dollar loss on each of the deals. It is tough to sell a "brand new" vehicle that has 4,000 miles on it. Maybe whoever posted this should hop in a Malibu and take it for a ride. I guarantee you would be impressed.
