Phil Jackson at first says he has no interest, but the Nets continue to pursue him.

I think there is a chance Phil will end up taking the job. I am sure there is a dollar figure that may persuade him, and the Net's owner seems to be willing to pay whatever the price is.

Avery Johnson has one Bradley connection....

in 1987-88 when Bradley's Anthony Manuel had 373 assists on the season and averaged over 12 assists per game - numbers that rank among the ALL TIME best in NCAA D-I history... his assists per season is still 2nd best ever -

BUT -- he still got little note that particular season because Avery Johnson (Southern University) had 399 assists and averaged 13.3 apg.
