It is probably also pointing out that Tyshon was one of nine Braves to earn a spot on the Bradley Athletic Director's Honor Roll during the 2012 Fall semester for posting a minimum 3.0 semester GPA during the grading period.

Great to hear about this fan and because of Ty this little girl will be a fan for life. The Bradley players have always done a lot for this community in making special visits to the childrens hospital plus a number of other things to make us all proud.

trivia....how many know that Tyshon Pickett is one of extremely FEW basketball players who was awarded a REDSHIRT EXTRA YEAR while he was in high school..

A severe injury kept him out of basketball AND even out of school for two months and he was forced to repeat one year of school. But New Jersey also gave him back an extra year of athletic eligibility - something that is pretty much unprecedented for high schoolers
