Agreed, always nice to have a Chicagoland game so alumni like myself can see a game without driving to Peoria.

Also, if you thought there were a lot of BU fans at that NIU game, it won't compare to the BU turnout for the Loyola game. I was there the last time BU played at Loyola in 2007 and besides a small student section, you would have thought BU was the home team.

And their gym in tiny. It looks like a high school gym. Which is weird when you see the banners inside from their national championship in the 60's.

Jalen hit 3 big jumpers from the arc, Dyricus playing good defense - has 2 steals but forcing a couple shots

They're playing a lot of one-on-one - they have only ONE ASSIST on 21 shot attempts!
Bradley has 7 assists on 30 attempts and 12 makes

They have only three players who have even made a FG - and one of them, Jarell, is just 1-5 with Green & Raines are a total of 8-12 from the floor & 21 pts.

BENCH LEMONNNNNNNNNN. Pretty much 10 turnovers and cost us the game. Loved watching Bell the other night.

I appreciate the effort that this team expends on defense, but man, they can't throw the ball in the ocean. It's going to be tough winning games shooting less than 40% from the field.

We snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in that final minute...

                      They certainly did.

These kind of games can really suck the life out of a team.

That one hurts. Thought we had a pretty good chance to pull out the W in OT and we just couldn't make the plays when we really needed them.

A very disappointing loss, but we will learn from it, and hopefully we win tomorrow. 9-3 going into the Valley season would still be great. And the fact that we are all so disappointed in this loss is a good thing in that it shows how far this team has come in just one year. So hopefully this game leads us into a successful Valley season where we still need to prove we can be competitive against Valley competition each and every night.

                            That one hurt.

On the bright side though, this team is way better than I expected coming into the year.

15 points better than last year? For sure.

another game where we shoot only 36%....shot selection is a problem when we have guys who hit under 30% on 3-pointers taking so many every game...
.....but at least we aren't getting blown out -
Let's hope for Christmas we get the rest of the season without ever seeing 10 TO from our pg
