Fun to watch some of the other guys get in this game. If Bell can fill that 2nd point guard roll for us next year behind Fields, then in my opinion we can use our last two scholarships for a another shooter and a big (maybe a juco who can contribute right away) ideally. Good to see him playing well.
I stepped away from my computer for a moment and missed what happened with the technical foul and someone got ejected? Can someone explain what happened that I missed?Comment

The kid who got ejected elbowed SS in the face. If it is ruled intentional ,and it was , it causes the person who threw it to be ejected and he was. Great call by one of our weakest crews even though Hightower was on the game. Don't know his age but he must be close to mid 60's. Glad too see Bell join in in the fun. I realize our schedule has been a little weak but it is fun watching what Geno has done with this group. Can't say the last 3 years were much fun but we're getting there.Keep up the good work Braves. DSE....you made a bunch of young players that were watching you last night, realize, what it takes to play at this level...that hustle play you made in the second half was crazy...MVST has the ball and it gets tipped to the backcourt...DSE is three steps behind the opposing player and beats him to the ball, diving on the floor to secure the lose ball...I applaud you son...that showed some youngsters how to get it done...Peoria Toyota ScionComment

I know we're all feeling high on this team and may be a bit over excited, but seriously.......this is a 3 team league right now, 4-10 is up for grabs and I see no reason we couldn't be 4th or 5th in the MVC and get 20 wins. Split in Vegas, win the bracket buster, go 9-9, win one in STL, there's your 20. Beats the crap out of 7-25.

Win total this year's gonna be kinda irrelevant to me - too many softies on the schedule, so my big thing will be Valley placement this year. I'll take 9-9 as a reasonable yet aggressive goal for this team. As for total wins, 17, 20, it really doesn't matter.Comment
