Just read that he got arrested for drugs.
Edit:
WMBD Story
"Allen was arrested on a warrant charging him with criminal drug conspiracy and manufacture or delivery of marijuana. Earlier in the day, Allen was suspended indefinitely for violating team standards. "

wow - these are FELONY charges -and not just possession but conspiracy, manufacture, delivery - peddling drugs...
At least they suspended him .. let's see how long he is suspended...
He should never be allowed to return to either the team or to the school if he's selling drugs.....just what kind of program would allow that?
when they had a DUI & underage drinking under Jank they didn't make any move at all until they were outted on the message boards then they suspended the guy briefly....and he never served a minute or a game of penalty..
last year when they had a couple guys arrested after going out drinking all night then beating up an innocent bystander on the street & charged with assault & battery - the players served a single days' suspension in a game against SIUE then were reinstated.

I agree. This is a very unfortunate thing. He's only been at ISU a few months, so how did he get so deeply involved in the drug trade as is being alleged?
This is not a simple case of recreational use like the Ray Brown case, nor even Eddren McCain, but a serious involvement (multiple felony level allegations) in possession of huge amounts, and conspiracy and intent to distribute. If true, he won't be playing D1 basketball again.

If true he will be gone from the University! Everyone deserves the protection of being innocent until proven guilty. But there is too much smoke for there to not be some fire - charged with 2 Class 3 felonies. Muller announced today he was still part of the team but not allowed to practice with the team. Sounds to me like they are waiting for the court system to play itself out to cover the bases.

I agree - there is no joy in this at all and by even implying it "fan" it seems you are only trying to stir up an argument..
but I do think the culture in college sports enables a lot of this - as the athletes never seem to get disciplined and are often repeat offenders - getting "reinstated" after meaningless 1 or 2 day or 1-game suspensions...
