    You young guys can try - but see if you can get this without looking it up on google...


    First - way, way back in the 1940's then 1950's the most popular radio show on earth was a comedy show called the Jack Benny Show..
    One of the recurring characters on the show was "Rochester" - played by the great Black character actor Eddie Anderson...
    I just saw recently where Eddie Anderson was honored as the comedian in the "Comedy Spotlight"




    QUESTION: what relevance to Bradley basketball does Eddie Anderson have??

      Edmund Lincoln Anderson (18 September 1905 – 28 February 1977), also known as Eddie "Rochester" Anderson, was an American comedian and actor. His most famous role was that of Rochester van Jones, usually known simply as "Rochester", the valet of Jack Benny, on his radio and television shows. With this, Anderson became the first African-American to have a regular role on a nationwide radio program.
