  • Ugly high school score of the night

Washington was leading East Peoria 40-0 at halftime. The final score was 66-8.

Is this a boys varsity score? I saw Washington at the T of C and know they play hard on D but me and my 2 almost equally out of shape brothers would make at least a couple 3s on the Panthers if we played them 3 on 5 for a half...

Big Lance, do you have any HS eligibility left? Do you live in East Peoria?

Hahahaha nope i lost all my eligibility at the old Peoria Gus Macker 3 point contest...won $100 and a sweet macker man trophy for winning it!

And for what its worth i just lost my eligibility for college soccer too at the BU soccer game this year vs. Northwestern...$400 for making a goal from midfield at halftime!

Another amazingly lopsided score- this time in high school girls basketball.
In Indiana, Bloomington South HS girls beat Arlington HS of Indianapolis 107-2 tonight!

hmmm...reminiscent of a game that WNBA star Lisa Leslie played when she was in high school...
she single handedly ran the score in one of her high school games up to 102-24 lead AT HALFTIME -with Leslie responsible for 101 of those points...

Undoubtedly she would have set an all time scoring record that would have even dwarfed the Grinnell guy, Jack Taylor, except the visiting team decided in the lockerroom at halftime to just pack up and go to the bus - thus they forfeited - leaving Leslie's total for the game at 101----
