We played well. Some of the refs call and non-calls were a bit bias, but we were able to play through those pretty well. I think it was either the 3rd or 4th foul on Egolf was total BS which really hurt us down the stretch. I truly believe that if Michigan didn't have Nik Straukas with his precision from 3 and court awareness to get open and find lanes to drive along with Egolf in foul trouble, that this game would have been a lot closer than it was. We fought hard all game, but Michigan was just the better team last night. And I'm not a big Walt Lemon at point guard due to his carelessness with the ball on occasion, but I really don't see who else would be able to hold down the fort better than him at the moment. Bell is a bit timid, and you don't know what you're gonna get from Crawford every night.

I don't know whether the 4th foul on Will was a correct call or not. BUT ... you don't take such a risky flop with three fouls and a lot of game left to play.

Now 2x in a recruits' hometown is unusual, but I would imagine UM would like the Bielfeldt continued support of their program so another game in Peoria may be worthwhile..

he said, "Bradley is working to get one more of these match-ups before Max leaves Michigan."
Why would Max have anything to do with Bradley's reasons to play Michigan again? Maybe I am just misunderstanding what was said?

I take it to mean that after Max leaves, Michigan won't really have a reason to come here again for another 15 years. BU is trying to capitalize on Max playing there to get another national level opponent into Carver.

I hope ISU does the same thing with Keita Bates-Diop and osu
With Champaign being somewhat close to Peoria and B/N, they can always claim that as a "homecoming" of sorts.

I should have said, "I hope that Bradley is working to get one more of these match-ups..."
