Did You Know: Michigan likely will become the highest ranked non-conference team to ever play at Bradley. The Wolverines are ranked #4 this week, but after #2 Louisville lost to Duke, Michigan could move up a spot or two. The distinction of highest-ranked, non-conference team to play at Bradley was #4 Arizona Dec. 11, 1963. The Wildcats left Robertson Fieldhouse with a 92-85 loss.

I believe Bradley also played UNLV in the Fieldhouse when they were the #4 ranked team in the country 2/1/77. UNLV beat Bradley 107-106.

AND, #1 Indiana plays #9 North Carolina as well as #5 Duke plays #3 Ohio St. this week in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. #4 Michigan will take on #16 North Carolina St. Should be interesting to see where Michigan ends up by next Saturday.

Dang it, DC, you're right. I managed to skip over that '77 game versus UNLV. The Rebels were #4 when they came to town. Michigan is #3 this week, though, making the Wolverines the highest-ranked non-conference opponent to ever visit Bradley and the highest-ranked team to play at Carver Arena.

You are right about that. Though Bradley has played many games against #1 teams, they have all been conference games, road games, tournament games, or neutral site games.

Last year I thought that Michigan was a year away from being very very good. --top 10 to top 5-- This year is here!!!

No panic, no quit, and no one trying to do too much, no matter what the eventual score.

Having said that, take care of business tomorrow BU before thinking/worrying about Michigan!
