Not a personal attack on players:

How do you consistently post up and throw a jump hook line drive that spins sideways around the rim. I have never seen a jump hook spin sideways around rim almost every attempt.

Maybe we can expect more of the same this season?

60-32......Jimmy Gavin in the game? ...even Dave Snell using the term "blowout" & Dave Reynolds officially calling it "ugly"
Didn't these guys lose to Western Michigan and get blown out by Central Florida?
WMU only shot 38% in that game, too......
...maybe we'll get some discussion on the height and weight of that 7-3 Nigerian a couple more times..

You think maybe we could possibly give up a few more dunks/layups.

How is this any different than last season?

Ironically -- I recall other posters saying maybe we shouldn't say too many good things about our players as it'll set the bar too high and doom them to failure...
                memo to PJS.....
.....well..........only thing left is to wait for the box score and look for something positive.....

I am just really glad this team is 15 points better than last year's team. Otherwise we could be losing by 50!

Hey guys, we all know this is entirely Jim Les' fault. Is there any way Bradley can dock him some of the money we owe him?
From PJ Star sports expert Kirk Wessler in his Jan. 10, 2012 column following 8th loss in a row at Drake-
"Yes, the Braves are better than they were when the season started two months ago. By a light year or two, they??™re better."

And from the PJ Star 4/26/12, Dave Reynolds-
"Fields and Grier both appear to be difference makers. If Bradley continues to add the right players around them, happy days may be ahead for the Braves after a long dry spell."

I'm personally looking forward to seeing the points in the paint numbers to see just how good our frontcourt is.

I suspect there will be a lot of one step forward, two steps back for the Braves this year. Regardless of the final score of this game, I still anticipate this team being better than last year's.

Some of you seem awfully disenfranchised already after only 4 games.

Is this an opinion or a snarky comment regarding Geno saying this year's team was 15 points better than last year's?

Not I Gary. You and I see eye to eye on this. This team is better than last year and will be even better next year. One step at a time people... We ARE making progress here.

Come on people, we all new this team is a work in progress. They are playing a very good team tonight, no matter how much negative spin you people want to put on this loss I still see huge improvements from this team over last years team. Did you really think this team would win the valley or the ncaa tournment this year.

I certainly hope so. However, if it's too early to ask questions about just how much better, then it's probably too early to make statements about how much better we are.
