Agreed....it does feel different and I like the changes in the lineup that I've seen to this point.

    _2011_________2012__
    Prosser......Egolf
    Shayok.......Eastman
    Brown........Pickett

Two starters from last year now coming off the bench, along with Crawford who continues to mature. I feel Prosser is better suited to coming off the bench and Eastman is much better suited to play the 3 than Shayok ever was!

Pickett replacing Brown, I feel, is a positive. As much as I liked Brown, I really like the energy that Pickett brings to this team.

Looking ahead to next year, we'll be losing DSE, Eastman, and Egolf.......but bringing in Fields, Grier, Zecevic, Tucker, and 2 more players to be signed in the Spring.
I really like the fact that Fields and Grier will have been with the team for a full year when they step on the court next season.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

Very fun game to be at, great talking with Dodie and Andrew.....big plus winning a road game with against a team hitting threes!

BU tv is noticeably better this year.
        Compete. Defend. Rebound. Win.

Listening to the players talk after each win this season says a lot about why they are a better team this season , the one thing that continues to come up is they get along as a team much better. We have 6 players at this moment that are capable of scoring in double figures on any given night which makes this team much harder to defend, there is no doubt that team defense is a lot better and the willing to go after rebounds is also a big plus, as long as we keep improving I expect to have a lot more wins this season.

These comments are very telling, considering only two players aren't back from last year's team.

Oh please. Not the blame game again? Except it's funny how the blame goes entirely in a different direction now based on your biases. And based entirely on innuendo, and baseless suggestions. Maybe what you are implying has more to do with losing 21 of the last 23 games last year?

really - so you're blaming Charron Woods?

Ok. I presume that "we like each other" is a reference to people. You suggest that it has more to do with being 3-0. Fair enough. Again, this is just my opinion, something of which that is regularly touted here as everyone's right.

Every team has guys who like each other, and usually some who don't. Not every player on this year's team or last year's are social friends with each other. And just like injuries, it is never an excuse for losing.

Oh, I definitely agree that it was no excuse for losing.

Why do you think that IUPUI is a cupcake?
They had 3 very good players IMO that were hitting really tough shots.
The Jags are likely going to go .500 or better, which is not a cupcake school.
I felt like we played our best basketball of the year on Sat. night, and it was a joint effort where I saw 5+ guys on BU play solid, which I can only recall happened 1x last year (vs. UNI).
I highly doubt you'll see IUPIU at 200+ RPI by season's end.

You don't have to be in Chicago nor do you have to have Comcast to get it. Viewers on ATT, Mediacom, satellite, etc. can still get the game if you subscribe to that channel.

To see if you get CSN Chicago, check out http://www.csnchicago.com/zipcode to see what channel number. The game will be in high-definition, so be sure to use that HD channel number!

That shows how bad we are if IUPUI is favored to beat us.
