For those interested, UCDavis opened their season on the road at Oklahoma St losing 73-65. Corey Hawkins lead them in scoring with 13 points. Tyler Les added 6 points' attempting 4 three pointers making 2. Davis out rebounded State 43-29. Good to see a Hawkins and a Les playing together again.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

        Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

This game UC-Davis plays against Sacramento State is considered their RIVALRY game...sorta like BU-ISU - although they are not in the same conference - but that means they get only one shot at each other yearly....
so it's a pretty intense game that both teams want to win for bragging rights and for recruiting prowess in northern California...

Here's a picture of Corey Hawkins
