Freshman center Alex Olah, who Bradley came close to signing last spring from Trader's Point Christian Academy, started for the Wildcats, played 22 minutes, and scored 12 points and had 9 rebounds. He looks like he will be a quality player for Northwestern.
Sophomore David Sobolewski, another former BU recruit, started at point guard and played 23 minutes, more than any other Northwestern player.
Senior Drew Crawford, who also strongly considered Bradley, will be the team's leader, and likely leading scorer this year. He had a team-leading 13 points with 8 rebounds.
Junior Nikola Cerina, who Bradley recruited as a transfer from TCU in the spring of 2011, came off the bench and scored 6 points in 12 minutes of action.
And talented junior guard Jershon Cobb, who Bradley almost landed a couple years ago, and who was a part-time starter last year, did not play in the exhibition. He is suspended for the 2012-2013 season because of academic issues.
Less than a month ago Northwestern announced that junior guard JerShon Cobb was suspended for the year for what was termed a violation of team policy.

one other kid BU was interested in a couple years ago - Chier Ajou - also played for Northwestern...
    I suspect he's gonna redshirt...
He's a 7-footer Sudanese kid from Culver (IN) Prep who was labelled early as a HIGH MAJOR recruit a couple years ago and had Big Ten schools offering but verballed to New Mexico..then they yanked the offer.
...but as he played on in prep school he seemed to devolve into a project as was seen in his 10 minutes last night -
