Former Bulls announcer Jim Durham dies

Jim Durham, a well known ESPN NBA play-by-play announcer who was the TV guy for the Bulls during their lean years up through their first championship season in 1991 (1973-1991) has died at the age of 65. Like a lot of Bulls fans, I have listened to thousands of his broadcasts with Johnny "Red" Kerr. He was a great announcer.

One of the best. He always had a knack for knowing when to let the color guy do his job. He never got overly excited, ala Gus Johnson, but he always made it exciting.
