Let's not annoint Coach K with sainthood. His program has had as much, maybe more, impropriety than other programs.

I don't have time to support with links right now but I can later for those Coach K supporters who want to dispute there has been wrong doing.

Just for starters:
Lance Thomas.
Carlos Boozer, Sr.
Vivian Harper (Chris Duhon's mom).
Corey Maggette (Marlon Piggy).

I was with a 5-star recruit's father at Sonny Vacaro's Adidas camp when Duke supporters offered housing and employment to the father. Coach K knows what goes on with Duke boosters.

Coach K is also a big hypocrite. He abuses officials and expects every call to go his way. Yet when he started at Duke, he chastised officials for giving old Dean Smith the benefit of the doubt and cried foul that the well-established coach was benefactor of too much respect.

Couldn't agree more. The Kool-aid drinking, and double standards on this topic are (predictably) ridiculous.

My opinion on Versace has mellowed through the years, but just about anyone who was around during the Versace years knew that rules were being twisted and that certain people were looking the other way.
