CBS Sports has this list of the top 50 best point guards in college basketball. They say 2012-2013 is a "down year" for point guards. I am surprised they only have 1 MVC player on the list, Jake Odum at #49 (out of 50). IMO, Wichita State's Malcolm Armstead is better than half the players on the list. The list seems unusually heavily weighted toward eastern conferences (
