Makes you wonder??? My guess is the head coach (who lied to the officer about her name) was more intoxicated than the assisant coach and that the asst was trying to get her home safe. Bet there's more to this story. Never heard of an OUI, but my guess would be it stands for "O"perating a motor vehicle.

"Operating (a vehicle) Under the Influence" of intoxicants.
This particular wording of the law allows an arrest even if someone is driving a lawnmower down the street drunk or a tractor, or if they are just backing out of a driveway and not yet technically "driving" as some nit-picking lawyers would argue to get their clients off.
