seems like when we had Shaun Livingston and Iman Shupert on campus we were told it didn't mean a thing until they signed a LOI

Great news!!!! It appears to me that the Coleman hire is starting to pay off on the recruiting front!

On the other hand, a lot of people around here have said in the past that facilities don't matter
      Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

See my response in the recruits on campus thread... Coach Ford just said that one of these kids told him we have the best practice favility of the 8 BCS schools he's already been to. Our facilities certainly get us in the door and give us a legit platform.

Great facilities don't insure top recruits will come....
Poor facilities insure top recruits won't come...

IF good facilities were all that it took to get top recruits to commit to a school, I'm guessing Towson would
be busy building a basketball palace for their future recruits right now,
just like UK's new basketball player facility shown below.

AZ - I believe that facility will only be used by freshman next year when this new facility is completed...

Are they still housing student athletes in that old "People's Palace"?
