it is impressive and I like that we are getting the 2014, 2015, etc....it sure doesn't hurt --even if they all choose somewhere else...
several of those kids are listed in the recruiting site databases - and those that are rated are 2 & 3-Star

6'1 2014 PG Tevin King, 6'6 2014 WF Josh Cunningham & 6'6 2014 WF Tyquone Greer have landed scholarship offers from Bradley & HC Geno Ford.
D1 Offers for Tyquone Greer: Providence, DePaul & Bradley.
D1 offers for Josh Cunningham: DePaul, Nebraska, NIU & Bradley.
Tevin King's offer is his first D1 offer.

Add 6'9 C Marlon Jones to the list of 2014s who landed scholarship offers from Bradley after attending their Red-White scrimmage last night.

No criticism on offering a freshman? Is Geno allowed to talk to freshman? This is the first time I remember BU offering someone so young, not sure if I like or dislike it, but it is a change from the status quo.

Yes, freshmen can be recruited.
From what I hear, these kids were all part of the under-16 Mac Irvin Fire AAU team. Coach Coleman's close connection with The Mac Irvin Fire program enabled Bradley to get them all down to visit.

There are some limits on recruiting players that young and Geno cannot preemptively call them or approach them personally but..they can sure call him and come on their own to Bradley and talk recruiting...
..and Bradley was reported to have offered Matt Roth before his freshman year..

it is rare when a coach offers so many kids from the same HS team or same AAU team -- but time will tell if we land any of them....
and if one HS team truly has 4 or 5 D-I caliber kids then they should rival Simeon for dominance in Chicago.
