At halftime of their football game today - Georgia State University will allow qualified students who have registered to participate..
in a CASH DROP -- or more accurately - they will drop vouchers for CASH...
onto the field from the rafters of the Georgia Dome and the participants can grab all they want!!!

This is not an NCAA violations because it is open to all students and not aimed at athletes.
