B4L - whether you ever heard or saw such comments - I can't say - several here were removed but many people named names and called several of our players last year "not DI players"

I hate saying bad things about players. But I am sure he could care less what a Bradley fan thinks now.He had a huge opening to get playing time at Bradley last year. The rusty part could be true. However, I saw nothing from him the whole year that showed any division one ability. Except decent size.

it happens this way whether it's fair or not....
it appeared (and I heard talk of such as well) that just maybe a decision had been made early that a couple scholarships were going to be needed...and they were both being encouraged to look or go elsewhere and thus were NOT given a chance..

I saw enough of Donivine to believe he was a D1 player that simply didn't fit Geno's fast-paced, helter-skelter system. I hope he has success and becomes a quality starter before his career is finished.
I did not see enough of Hodges to make a determination however, what I did see, was not encouraging. Three years of relative inactivity would justify why he looked like a fish out of water in the games that I did see him play.

Devon only missed one shot attempt in the past two games - so he still ranks among the top in the nation in FG% at 78%
..although he does not always shoot a lot and is averaging now 9 ppg
other juco kids among the nation's leaders include...
Deshawn Delaney of Vincennes - 22 ppg ranks 12th - he also ranks 35th in rebounding at 9.1 rpg
Ex-ISU signee Aaron Simpson is 28th in D-II juco at 20.8 ppg
Karrington Ward is 23rd in D-II juco scoring at 21.6 ppg, 43rd in rebounding at 8.1 rpg
Ward also leads the nation in one stat...he is #1 among those in the Top 20 in scoring - in SHOTS ATTEMPTED...
he has attempted 18.3 shots per game
Tyler Lundeen of ICC is 13th nationally in 3-pt FG% - shooting 58.3% (14-24)

The coaches didn't see anything in practice with Devon either...he was lost and it didn't seem to be changing....
One thing to consider.....maybe Devon himself wasn't comfortable here either and therefore affected his play
