OK, line up and put yourself on a side.

You can go on "suicide watch" or you can stay positive.

    Sound off.

    I remain positive.

    Tough loss. Poor interior defense.
Zach had 22 points and almost as many rebounds.

oooops, we did it again. Another road loss. Maybe Coach Les should just tell these guys that all road games are neutral courts. They are not really on a campus. I don't know? Maybe that would help. Not too worried. Go BU!

I said this in the chat room, too.

This was a team that everyone expected to be around .500. We've exceeded expectations to this point but didn't get it done tonight. Every team has bad losses.

BU's defense was terrible, capped off by the last possession of the game. Back to the drawing board...but the season sure isn't over. We're still 5-2.
        Go Braves!

OK, let me say this. The 1st half was BAD.

Recall an interview with Majerus when he was at Utah. He said he didn't understand how players didn't give it their ALL every game. He claimed he knew what it took to get the next level, had sent players to the NBA, and knowing how few make it....

He just didn't understand how college players didn't give 100% 30 times a year for 4 years.

I think J Les needs to challenge this group and find out why they have flat halves - or get stuck on a number.

I'm positive but there are definately some things that cause me to worry.

(1.) Salley needs to get his head out of his backside ... and quick
(2.) We need to practice free throws, then practice some more free throws
(3.) What happens to our guards in crunch time? They start to rush things and we get out of sync, which leads to let ups on the defensive end.

84 points on the road should be enough to win this game and most games.
The problem tonigh was defense. They were really bad at stopping TT.

As Coach just said, the tape session isn't going to be pretty. We need to shape up on defense, the compitition isn't going to get any easier.

This is a game we will have to learn from and keep out of foul trouble.

                      Back to reality people.

People can easily forget Les was brutal on the road until late last year. I hope that just wasn't an aberration.

5-2 is right where I expected this team to be at this point. It's just how we got there. I thought at the beginning of the year, this team will have a winnable game like this that they'd lose. Well, we used up our mulligan.

We can't lose games to the likes of TT, home or away.

I'm not putting this one on the coach. Players gotta play. They looked tired and lifeless. Perhaps that's to be expected playing 5 games in 10 days, especially from a team with not much depth.

Again we're exposed inside, getting beaten on the boards. ZA can't do it alone. Boxing out team-wise was abysmal. Absolutely abysmal. Guard play was just good enough to get you beat tonight. JC and Ruff forgot to get off the bus in the 1st half.

We were getting beaten repeatedly on penetration, probably due to tired legs. I would have liked to see a little more zone, which might have helped a little on the boards.

All in all, a real kick in the b@lls. This team had the look of good one battling back from 12 down to go up 9, but again giving one away in the final 5 minutes has to leave a bad taste in a BU fan's mouth. I still think we're going to be lucky to be .500 and out of the play-in round. Our league is just too good.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Tennessee Tech guard Anthony Fisher scored the last of his team-high 20 points on a driving layup with 2.9 seconds remaining, leading the Golden Eagles (3-2) to an 86-84 non-conference men's basketball victory against Bradley (5-2) Wednesday night at the Eblen Center.? Zach Andrews finished with a game-high 22 points and added a game-high 14 rebounds for his third double-double of the year and fifth of his two-year Bradley career.
