The Bulls beat the Knicks last night for the second time in 3 days.
Too bad the Bulls can't play the Knicks every game. The Knicks are really bad, and getting worse astheir selfish players brood over not getting enough shots or playing time. The Knicks have a massive team salary, about double the next highest team's salary. Millions of that are going to players like Allan Houston and Marcus Camby who have long since retired or been traded. And there is a public feud going on between Isiah Thomas and point guard Stephon Marbury--
The Bulls own the right to swap 1st round draft picks with the Knicks this year, so the worse the Knick do, the better for the Bulls.
Here is how bad some of the NBA has become-- the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference is the only division without a team over .500 (not even close). It is lead by the Celtics at 5-8. The last place team, the Knicks, are 5-11 but just 1 1/2 games out of 1st place! And there are a couple other divisions where the last place team would be the first place team in the Atlantic Division.
Isiah Thomas has been given an ultimatum "win or you're gone", and it's not looking good. He has juggled his lineup many times already. Last night Thomas had David Lee and Renaldo Balkman in the starting lineup.
