Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook has released its annual Preseason All-American team.

Their choices for the 2012-2013 preseason All American team are:

Peyton Siva, Louisville

Michael Snaer, Florida State

Deshaun Thomas, Ohio State

Doug McDermott, Creighton

Cody Zeller, Indiana

It looks like very weak year for good players... I would bet the farm McDermott turns pro after this year. He'll be able to capitalize on timing just like POB did.

He might, but virtually nobody has him projected anywhere near the top in any 2013 mock draft
Had POB been projected 28th to 35th I believe he'd have stayed in school in 2006.......he left because he knew he was a lottery pick in the first year that the high schoolers were excluded from the draft.
That meant that guys like Greg Oden and Kevin Durant would have been in that 2006 draft and gone well ahead of POB except the new rule forced them to go a year to college and land in the 2007 draft.

McDermott ranges from very late 1st round - into 2nd round in the 2013 mock drafts - and if that's where he gets projected then he'll have a tough choice and maybe would stay for a senior year.
