  • Bradley again scores very high in National Ratings

    Specifically:

"The Princeton Review has consistently ranked Bradley as one of the top
universities in the nation. Only 15 percent of America’s 2,500 four-year colleges
and three colleges outside the U.S.A. are included in the guide."

"The Princeton Review profile ranked Bradley’s athletic facilities
among the top 20 in the nation."

...WOW - all those responsible should be proud!!!

In addition, the Bradley Board of Trustees endorsed the
School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the July 2012 meeting. This
School will not be embedded in any of BU's colleges and is the only
free-standing School of Entrepreneurship in the nation. It has also been
endowed in perpetuity by Robert and Carolyn Turner, and the School will be named in their honor.

Go BU! (or is it just B )

I wish we had that option while at BU. It could be a game changer for the school. I really like the concept and it is leading edge thought process. Now if we can get the bball team to start winning things could truly be looking up.

Maybe this is a dumb question but.....

When they did this ranking does anyone know if they include O'Brien Field and the Peoria Civic Center as part of Bradleys athletic facilities.

I believe it did not look at properties that are not part of the Bradley campus. It focused mainly on the Markin Center facilities, and Renaissance Coliseum that has facilities that are available to average students as well as athletes.

we will be hearing some news on this front - along the lines of how long "perpetuity" can last under certain circumstances and how far-reaching certain issues are

Like when the donor making the endowment is snubbed?
