Mizzou is on their preseason European exhibition tour in Amsterdam....
Mid-way through the 3rd quarter - head coach Frank Haith got mad and argued a "non-call" on some contact - and the refs felt they had seen enough and ejected Haith...
On his way out of the arena - Haith called his players and they all walked out in unison...
"it..sounds like he regrets pulling them off the floor.
....in retrospect I wish I had let our team play it out and learn from the adversity,”
Haith said in a statement released after the game. “I take complete responsibility. This is a learning experience for us all.”
In another odd Euro-tour story - Bill Self & Kansas loses to a team in France....
KU shot 27% from 3-pt but the French guys shot 60%! The Jayhawks also had 27 turnovers -
Kansas State also loses an exhibition game (in Brazil) and it wasn't all that close - 81-67
