The new Associate Athletics Director for Championship Performance at Ivy League Columbia University is an ex-Bradley basketball player....
Here's his bio .....Dr. Brent Walker
in his bio he claims this...
"Dr. (Brent) Walker earned his ...bachelor's degree in psychology in 1994 from Bradley University,
where he was a two-sport athlete in basketball and baseball."
And....sure enough ..his name was pretty obscure when I saw it but I looked it up and indeed he played basketball for Bradley University in 1991-1992 as a walk-on in the early Molinari era....
he was a walk-on in 1991-1992 and played in 5 games.. got a rebound and an assist but never scored a point
Congrats to Dr. Walker - -- keep in mind we have an AD who came from an Ivy League school!!
He is originally from East Peoria, IL, got his undergraduate degree at BU, his Masters at UNC, and his Doctorate in Kinesiology at U of I.
