I'll be interested to see it. I truly hope it's coehesive, and I wouldn't mind if it was used across the board as opposed to strictly athletics, our standard Bradley in typeface is very tired looking...
I have been able to view multiple aspects of this branding a day early....
All I am going to say is I hope you guys don't mind a color change....PURPLE AND ORANGE??!
Our nickame is also something you would NEVER EXPECT
The BU Mudflats? (brown and tan)
The BU Flying Carp? (silver and red)
The BU Quasimoto's? (black and purple)
The BU Mid-Majors? (white and white)
The BU Glasser's? (pink and white)
The BU Lawsuits? (green and white)
Does anyone know when Bradley plans on making an announcement or posting "the new look of Bradley Athletics"?
It will be officially unveiled this morning. I think it is scheduled for 10 am.
From PJ Star sports expert Kirk Wessler in his Jan. 10, 2012 column following 8th loss in a row at Drake-
"Yes, the Braves are better than they were when the season started two months ago. By a light year or two, they??™re better."
And from the PJ Star 4/26/12, Dave Reynolds-
"Fields and Grier both appear to be difference makers. If Bradley continues to add the right players around them, happy days may be ahead for the Braves after a long dry spell."
The best way to fix an image (brand) issue is to win on the court. None of us are talking about this issue if the men's basketball team is a winner. Right now we're a biscuit away from being a D2 caliber basketball program and we're fixated on branding and logos....just sayin'.
