I think it is something to be proud of.
2 college degrees, including a Masters degree, and a 6-figure offer to play pro ball. There are a heck of a lot of college athletes would would die for that (like 99+% of them).

The offer is from an Italian team. Last I heard, he is working on acquiring citizenship and wants to play a couple years for money.
