I am not casting stones either - but when is it gonna end -- if someone gets hit on - just say no and get on in life...
that's how it is 99% of the time unless it's a guy making millions like Aurilemma or Isiah Thomas - then sue for millions...
some of these cases have a very familiar ring to them that sounds like the Duke accuser's lines...Comment

I am not an expert, and I am not trying to diminish the problem of sexual harassment, but I have spoken to lawyers who defend these kinds of cases, and the truth is that even the threat of a sexual harassment lawsuit is so intimidating to anyone, let alone a public figure, that it is highly rewarding to people (and their lawyers) to threaten or file such lawsuits.
There is a significant percentage of them that have no merit yet still get paid off with settlements just to keep them out of the news.Comment
