Didn't Osiris Eldridge ask for his release when Moser left and change his mind? I bet they're glad they let that quitter back in.

Yet everyone loves Scottie, if I'm not taking the last shot I'm not going back in, Pippen.

So - how is this inaccurate .....
Jank's own bio says this right after Jank got Osiris to stay at ISU......
"Jankovich hired Paris Parham, a well-known high school
coach in Chicago’s Public League. Parham is also current Redbird star
basketball player Osiris Eldridge’s former high school coach."

now I suppose you can choose to believe the spin that the hiring of Parham was totally unrelated to the efforts by Jank to get OE to stay at ISU...

So, when was Jank supposed to hire Parham if that is the coach he really wanted?

              1. Wait for Osiris to make his decision to transfer or stay at Illinois State, then hire Parham.

              Or

              2. Hire Parham and then "coax" him to stay.

Apparently Jank was in a no win situation with you. I'm sure you think Jank used the hiring so Osiris would stay. Maybe Jank waited to announce the hiring of Parham until after O made his decision, so it did not influence O's decision. Either way it happened, you would spin it so it looked like the only reason Parham was hired was to keep O. To make it sound like that, is pretty unfair to both Parham and Jank.

To even propose that Parham would have been considered were it not for OE isn't reasonable. I think many around here wear foil hats, but this one seems pretty clear cut to me...

This is where I had heard he would eventually land.

Do you think Nic Moore has already made up his mind or had already done so earlier, because I actually think he still is not sure where he's gonna go and is entertaining any and every offer trying to decide...

                        Update?

Per a first time poster on Illini Loyalty-

First time poster here. Via my source, Nick Moore cancelled his recruiting trip to Illinois today and verbaled to SMU

Larry Brown must have hired Jank only so he could "coax" Nic Moore to go to SMU.

No, I am sure it was just an amazing coincidence he ended up at the same school where his former coach went.
