VCU will jojn Butler as new additions to the Atlantic 10 Conference in 2013-

The Atlantic 10 will stay at 10 schools, because Charlotte is leaving for the Conference USA, and Temple is leaving for the Big East.
Old Dominion is also considering leaving the CAA for the CUSA.

It's now official- Old Dominion University will leave the Colonial Athletic Association and join the Conference USA effective July 1, 2013.
This really hurts the CAA. We might see others to bail out of the CAA, too.
